Why is 410 Miller still standing, after the Building Board of Appeals issued an order for it to be demolished? In part, because the Notice and Order to demolish was never sent. From FOIA 15-210:

In my FOIA I neglected to ask for this transcription, not knowing that it might exist. I've filed a subsequent FOIA to figure out more, and plan to be at today's Building Board of Appeals meeting to share these findings.
