Video feed, live: The Real Alex Jones. Jones is a 9/11 truther and a conspiracy theorist; as of 2035 CST his feed is broadcasting in front of the QT. At approx 2040 the police give an order to disperse immediately; then there is loud noise and what sounds like tear gas.

Ryan Reilly, the justice correspondent for The Huffington Post, and Washington Post reporter Wesley Lowery were working in a McDonald's when a SWAT team suddenly invaded the restaurant. Lowery said that Reilly had been "assaulted" by the officers, and that both of them had been detained. Reilly said that police told them that they were held for "not packing their bags quick enough."

Wesley Lowery, a reporter for The Washington Post who has been reporting on the unrest in Ferguson, Mo., was detained Wednesday evening by police in Ferguson. He and other reporters were working in a McDonald’s in Ferguson when about half a dozen police officers came into the restaurant, Lowery said. Some officers were in regular uniforms, while others were dressed in riot gear and carrying assault weapons. “It was tense,” Lowery said via telephone from the police station on Wednesday night. “I’ve been afraid several times while reporting on the ground here in Ferguson.”
