A gasoline tanker exploded at I-75 and 9 Mile Road. Here's what I was able to find out. No photos posted here, a few videos embedded, you will find plenty by clicking through.
Fire crews are on the scene of the crash 10 miles north of downtown Detroit. Police are ordering onlookers gathered along the top of the embankments along the crash site to move back to avoid exposure to toxic smoke.

HAZEL PARK, Mich. (WXYZ) - A tanker truck--and possibly two or three semi trucks--has exploded in the vacinity of northbound I-75/I-696/Nine Mile Road in Hazel Park, causing a massive fire and explosion.
Twitter user kevindavis1914 is on the scene and posted photos of black smoke clouds.

The driver of the tanker escaped with minor injuries, asking authorities to call his Lansing-based company to let them know he made it out of the vehicle, which was engulfed in flames that covered the freeway and reached up beyond the overpass.
