I think was was meant is that you can create layout options using CSS and make them available through TinyMCE. I think it's explained in the txt files with TinyMCE, you would save the CSS in a file and the options will appear in a drop down box in TinyMCE

What you have to do is go into the extension settings. Add ALL of the attributes you want TinyMCE to utilize. you have to configure this correctly too or it won’t work.
