Warren Easton in Exile, New Orleans LA 70119
I'm helping Jennifer Rious publish a site for exiled students, faculty, and staff of Warren Easton Fundamental High School in New Orleans, LA 70119. Entitled Warren Easton in Exile it's a spot for people to gather.
Right now it's on blogspot (it was easy to get going in a coffee shop in a few minutes) but there are more ambitious goals.
This is part of my efforts in Think New Orleans (thinknola).
UPDATE: 11/12/05: There's a new site for Warren Easton in Exile which includes a bulletin board for comments and an interactive map so that people can register where they have been dispersed to. Jenny Rious is working with high school students at West Bloomfield HS in Michigan to put this all together. I'm super thrilled that she's working with students to keep this effort going!
The challenge they have facing them is how to get a yearbook published and produced for the class of '06 - hopefully this web site will be part of that process.
