The Coffeepot Song, Anne Dodson

The song is recorded on Anne Dodson's album Almost Grown. (Recommended!)

What I want is a proper cup of coffee,
Made in a proper copper coffee pot.
I may be off my dot,
But I want a cup of coffee from a proper coffee pot.
Iron coffee pots and tin coffee pots,
They're no use to me,
If I can't have a proper cup of coffee
From a proper copper coffee pot, I'll have a cup of tea!"

Sheet music at Digital Tradition.

some days, I really love the combination of Google, mybloglog, and iTunes. Listen to a song, blog about it, forget about it, get a search log report months later reminding you of it, and a few seconds later you're listening again.
